My TEA ROOM Dream!

For many, many years I have dreamed of owning my own "Tea Room". I would often see an old house and dream of starting a tea room there. I had a name chosen and decor in my mind. For some reason the dream very became reality. That's where my 3 beautiful little granddaughters come in. Since they each were very young babies we have had "Tea Parties" together. (You'll see each of their first tea parties posted at the end.) It has been wonderful fun and beautiful memories. I just had to share this Tea Party with you. It was awesome! Wish you could have been there.

"I love my brother." " I'm not sure about my sister."

Brooklynn loves her little brother Blake. I don't think Blake is quite sure what to think yet...... What fun we had while I was there in Greenville. MORE pictures to come, after I "catch my breath."

JUST TOO CUTE!

Anna Kate and Lauren got new cowgirl hats from mom and dad when they got home from their week-end trip. They are just too CUTE!

HAPPY 30th To Becky!

I was able to fly to Greenville to surprise Bek for her 30th birthday. She had no clue and everyone tried so hard to make her 3oth EXTRA special. Shane even planned a "week-end get-away" for the two of them. I got to have a BLAST with Anna Kate and Lauren while they were gone.

GIRLFRIENDS!

Yesterday I SURPRISED Mona with a day to Indianapolis where we met our DEAREST friend Elaine. She drove over from Ohio! It was a picture perfect day. God BLESSED us in so MANY ways. The hours we shared seemed like minutes. Friendships are such a special GIFT. Elaine and I couldn't believe we've been friends for 27 years. It truely was an AWESOME day. Look at all the fun we had!

FUN Times!

Saturday night we took Heather and Paul out to eat at my FAVORITE resturant, Biaggi's! It was so good and really a fun time. Only sad thing, I was to full for "Biaggi's Bread Pudding". It really is the VERY best!

A SWEET Visit!

We had "family" visit this week-end from the Chicago area. It was such a wonderfully sweet visit. Heather and Paul arrived Saturday and we had such fun. We headed to Biaggi's for dinner and then toured Bloomington, as Heather grew up here. Then it was back home for dessert and GAMES! Our Sunday was very nice and we hated to see them head back to Chicago... ps Notice Heather's feet in the last shot.... She always did worry about being tall. Sure didn't hurt her in volleyball.

MORE 4th of July FUN!

Micah came over today and we decided to go bowling. Gary realized that he has "lost his touch". If you will look carefully at the last two pictures, I BEAT THEM BOTH!

"KNEE HIGH BY THE 4TH OF JULY" You're Kidding Right?

There was always an OLD saying that the corn should be "knee high by the 4th of July". Well, you can clearly see that the corn in Illinois is over 6 feet tall by the 4th of July! Guess it is all that "corn research".......

HAPPY 4th of July!

Happy 4th everyone! We have had a great day. Remembering and thanking God for the freedom we have in America. Thankful for those who of fighting for that freedom right now. Gary and I went to Panera for breakfast and then to a small town just north of us, Towanda for their parade and flea market. It was FUN!
