Ready or Not Here We Come!

Micah came by tonight and helped with starting to load the truck. Gary is very particular when it comes to packing a truck. He worked hard and the truck is packed and almost ready to roll. Have a few things yet to do tomorrow and then we are on the road.

Almost Moving Day!

Time is running out and we are continuing to get EXCITED about heading to Greenville. Wanted to keep everyone posted on our progress. Gary has list after list to mark things off as we work.... THE TRUCK IS HERE! The garage is FULL! Micah will come this evening to help us load the truck. It is a beautiful fall day here in Illinois. Keep checking the blog.

GETTING READY TO MOVE!

SWEET Aunt Sara!

Cutter's 60th Anniversary Party!

We traveled to Indiana to celebrate Gary's parents 60th wedding anniversary. This is a picture of Gary's parents with their 5 grown kids. Not to mention any name, but one of them is almost 60......

We had a little fun family time this week-end in Cincinnati. Good to be together as a family. Thought this brother and sister picture was cute. Hard to believe my kids are all grown up.

A DAY WITH BLAKE!

We met Rich, Joy, Sara, Becky and the grand kids in Cincinnati this week-end for Gary's parent's 60th anniversary. Had a good time with the grand kids. I had a day all by myself with our one and only grandson Blake, while everyone else went to Kings Island. I had a ball!

BEST FRIENDS FOREVER!

God brought Becky into my life at a very needed time several years ago. She truly was a special gift from Him. I will forever be thankful for the wonderful friendship we share.

A NIGHT WITH ED NORTON!

Tonight we were invited to share Ed's 76th birthday. A fun party enjoyed by all.... I think??? Ed insisted on taking a group picture which really was "the party". He needed A LOT of help, I guess that comes with 76! It was a HOOT to watch.

The end to a PERFECT Day!

We had found an ad in the Veg News about Chicago's #1 vegetarian restaurant, "The Chicago Diner". We made the effort to find it and it was a WONDERFUL experience. It is the ONLY restaurant that Tim could order ANYTHING on the menu. They have been "meat-free" since 1983. Pretty well known place and many celebrities have eaten there. It was GREAT!

MORE of the City!

Chicago is like no other city. After Garfield Conservatory we headed downtown to tour Millennium Park. We had never been there and we all enjoyed seeing it so much. It was totally UNIQUE! You just have to see it!

A DAY IN THE CITY!

What a fun adventure Gary, Tim and I had yesterday. Tim had visited the Garfield Conservatory as a young boy and really wanted to see it again. It really was a special adventure for all of us. Tim was able to take a TON of pictures.

A SWEET VISIT!

"OLD" friends really are TREASURES. Today I traveled with my friend Janet to meet a special friend from 35 years ago. It is amazing how GOD has kept us connected through the years. Vranna drove from Madison, Wisconsin to meet us half way. We had a wonderful lunch and sharing time concerning all that God has done in each of our lives. It was a blessing!
