Papa Time!

Tonight when Papa got home from work, he had fun with the girls. Lauren loves this little car and papa taught her how to put gas in.

What FUN it is being a "Mimi"! (grandma)

I am having a BALL with two of my grandbabies this week. So seldom that I get to be their "Mimi". Wanted to share these with you.

Another FUN Packed Day!

Today is a perfect summer day with blue skies and sunshine. We headed to the Children's Discovery Museum and what FUN we had. Wanted to share our day with you.

Our visit with Grace and Ella

Today we had a fun trip to Hudson to visit our friend Julie and her daughters, Grace and Ella. The girls really enjoyed one another. It was fun to watch them play together. Anna Kate shared Grace's scrapbook all about her trip to Disney World. Grace and Anna Kate even had "craft time". We had a wonderful visit.

ROUGH Trip!

Anna Kate and Lauren had a good, but LONG trip to Mimi and Papa's house. Even though it was late and they were TIRED, they still wanted to play in the basement.

They're HERE!

Two of my grandbabies, Anna Kate and Lauren, flew into Chicago today! They had a very BIG day, but we are so thankful to have them visit. We are looking forward to a FUN packed week. More pictures later.

ALOHA!

Tonight we had our church "Care Group" in for an Aloha Dinner! It was a fun night and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

FARMER'S MARKET AGAIN!

Whenever we take the "girls" downtown to the Farmer's Market they always cause a stir. Today two little boys spent alot of time with them as we listened to the bluegrass music. One little boy kept bringing Cinnamon leaves. It's fun to see the children interact with the dogs.

Gary and His Purdue Dogs! (Old Gold and Black)

Gary enjoys HIS dogs. He calls them his "Purdue Dogs" because of their coloring, black and gold! They enjoy him too! They are really alot of fun and excitment. This week Lizzie got LOST! But we found her with the help of several neighbors.

Saturday!

Today was beautiful in Illinois. Gary and I had a fun day. Forgot to take our camera on our outings but wanted to share my weekly bouquet from the farmers market. We love going there each Saturday morning. We had a great walk with the dogs today and several other outings. Hope your day was wonderful.

Visiting Gram!

We made a trip to Indiana to take Gram to a docotr's appointment and to visit. Wanted to share afew pictures. We took her for a drive to see her old home. She enjoyed sitting in the swing and the nice weather. Also enjoyed playing checkers with Gary and a couple of games of Rummy. Jeff and Juanita stopped by Thorton Terrace and join in the fun. Logan enjoyed the dogs along with all the residents at Thorton Terrace. It is so cute to see Cinnamon and Lizzy both go right to Gram's room door on the own.
